Innovating Customer Experience & Work Processes - Vadim's talk will discuss

Responsive redesign of Tangerine – or how to redesign a major banking platform in less than a year, with a small design team, and many constraints along the road. This talk will tell the journey of ING DIRECT redesign and rebranding to Tangerine, explaining how seemingly unachievable design goals can be achieved by being nimble and using lean design methods.

Bio - Vadim Tslaf

Vadim Tslaf is a multidisciplinary design professional with over 15 years of experience in various industries, well versed in all areas of digital experience, including UX design and strategy, creative and art direction, and software/web development. In his current role he leads a UX Design team at Tangerine Bank where he oversees design of user experiences for various products. After successfully launching the redesigned Tangerine website/banking platform in 2014, Vadim is currently focused on integrating Design Thinking and Lean UX into Agile SDLC, while working on a few transformational projects that will redefine banking in Canada. He also teaches UX Design at BrainStation, passing on his knowledge and experience to a new generation of UX designers.
