Rapid Prototyping Made Easy
"I've got a great idea for a mobile app, but how do I communicate it to others and gather the necessary feedback and input to get it built?"

How do we as designers interact with stakeholders to flesh out an idea, and include the developers in the process?  Sock puppets will only take you so far, ...and then you need a prototype.  The ability to create and change the prototype quickly, and then distribute a version simply is key to rapidly evolving a concept and soliciting feedback.  I'll demo a few completed prototypes, and then show you the simple tools I used to create them.

For WUD 2010, UXalliance, a global network of leading user research companies, organized 40 UX professionals from 17 countries to devote some time to studying the efficiency of Twitter as a client communication platform.  In total, the study used the Twitter account of 10 of Fortune Magazine’s 50 most admired companies in 2010.

Behaviour Change through Communication
We allow ourselves to be persuaded all the time; someone suggests a wine, a friend tells us how he or she deals with a family issue, our financial advisor helps us manage our money. Persuasion is part of our everyday experience, and it can be a strong force for positive change in our lives. In this talk Brad will be showing how a patient support system helps individuals get the full benefit of a surgical procedure.

BIO: Brad Einarsen is a digital strategist who has worked in new media since the late '80s and is currently fascinated by the exposure of social conversations between individuals and brands.
