Experience Thinking,
a Design Framework to Create
End-to-End Experiences

Abstract:

Today, the experience is rapidly growing as the key differentiator for many products and services. Joining new technologies and new business models, the product & service experience is the third pillar many organisations build on to engage customers, embrace users and turn them into loyal advocates. In this talk I’ll outline the key components and reflect on the Experience Thinking framework to create end-to-end experiences, from first awareness to abandonment, driving organisations towards an experience-centric culture.

Biography:

Tedde van Gelderen is a User experience architect and founder of Akendi. He infuses Akendi, its services and methodology with his drive to make customer and user experience designs go beyond a singular product or service. Experience Thinking starts with the holistic experience customers and users have with an organisation over time, then guides the enabling technologies and content to create intentional experiences. In his view, Experience Thinking should become deeply rooted in an organisation's creation processes, from research, testing to experience design. Tedde has a master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology.
