A web site typically is intended to cater to multiple user categories (often modelled as personas). During site design, the IA or UX specialist typically: (1) performs user audience analysis to identify and describe target user categories and (2) considers if and how to go beyond a one-size-fits all design and target aspects of the site design to address the needs of each particular user category. This event explores this topic via case studies and hands-on exercises/discussion.
