Clients are becoming increasingly more aware of the importance of thoughtful UX design solutions. Nadim Sayed has worked as a UX consultant with clients at the leading edge of their respective industries who are looking to drastically improve their customer-facing solutions. Nadim will discuss some of his recent client engagements (Have you ever wondered what it is like to be the information architect in charge of the design a major bank's tablet app? What about a major aerospace company's pilot portal?) and will underscore the importance of sound human factors theory in interface design. There is currently a dramatic shift of power within the C-Suite to the CMO - UX has never been more important - join Nadim to discuss!

Nadim Sayed is a User Experience Consultant with IBM Interactive. He is a graduate of the Industrial Engineering program at UofT, with a specialty in Human Factors and a minor in Bioengineering. Nadim has worked for IBM for several years, and is passionate about user experience design solutions and digital experience strategies across all platforms. He has experience working with clients from a variety of different industries, including retail, transportation, and financial services.
